February 2011: Model Privacy Notice

Subtitle A of Title V of the Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act requires credit unions to provide initial and annual privacy notices to their members. The NCUA adopted a model privacy form to rely on as a safe harbor to provide disclosures under the Section 716 of its privacy rules.
