Rep. Gary Peters (D-Bloomfield Township) talks about the importance of credit unions lobbying their Member of Congress to support a delay in the debit interchange rule.  Peters discusses how the provision regulating interchange is actually anti-consumer and should not have been added last year to the Dodd-Frank Act in the first place.
