June 2012: FinCEN E-Filing and New Guidance

Join us to review the recent changes from FinCEN for required e-filing of SARs and CTRs and guidance for SAR filing based on continuing activity. This CUBE TV segment will evaluate e-filing requirements, new forms and e-filing registration. Additionally the new guidance for continuing activity SAR filings will be appraised.
